Medical Insurance

  • Medical insurance is offered to all licensed APS employees working .5 FTE or more and to all classified employees working 6 – 8 hours per day. Classified employees working at least 4 hours per day are eligible on a pro-rated basis.
  • Kaiser Permanente and UnitedHealthcare Navigate provide our medical insurance plans.
  • All benefits selections are made on-line through Oracle Self-Service. Directions for enrolling can be found here: Making Online Benefits Elections

The chart also outlines the monthly cost to employees who wish to enroll their spouses and/or dependents in our medical and dental plans, as well as the pro-rated rates for coverage to classified employees working fewer than 7 hours.
