"As a proud graduate of Aurora Public Schools , I wanted to continue to be a part of an organization that truly puts students first with every decision made. The opportunity to take on a leadership role as a school principal allows me to find fantastic teachers to work with our students, to help them grow, leading them to shape successful futures"

~ Lisa Grosz, Principal, Murphy Creek P-8

"This is my dream job, because I believe as a Principal I have the ability to positively impact a community of educators who work with children every day. What could be better than working with passionate people who give children a voice in the world? My teachers/staff make a difference and I get to be with them on this journey."

~ Ruth Baldivia, Principal, Boston P-8

You're Invited!

Aurora Public Schools 'AP' Meet and Greet

For those interested in opportunities as Assistant Principals in APS we invite you to attend one of our "Meet and Greet" sessions.  Take the opportunity to talk with building principals, learning community directors, human resources and other district leaders who will be available to answer questions and introduce you to Aurora Public Schools.
Candidates are encouraged to apply through AppliTrack to specific postings for assistant principal positions.  While the "Meet and Greet" is not required, it is strongly suggested as building principals and district leaders will have a chance to meet you face to face rather than just reviewing your application and resume online.
